Your Sales Expertise, Our Growth Engine As an Inside Sales Specialist, you'll be the vital link between our company and our customers, driving revenue through effective communication, order processing, and lead conversion. You'll manage customer relationships via phone and email, handle inbound inquiries, generate quotes, and follow up on leads to close deals on product sales.

Your Toolkit for Success
A solid base with an Associate's or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field or a proven track record of 3-5 years in sales, including the exciting world of e-commerce.
Advanced-level skills in Excel, QuickBooks, Access, or similar financial software – you're a data wizard!
A knack for understanding computer-related specs and terms.
Analytical prowess, with experience using tools like Google Analytics to turn data into insights.
Superb organizational and multitasking abilities, keeping multiple projects on track with ease.
The ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 15 pounds frequently.
Comfortably standing and sitting for up to 4 hours.
Agility for tasks involving bending, reaching, and stooping.
Clear reading and communication skills.
Ability to pass security clearance is required.
