Your Sales Expertise, Our Growth Engine
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you'll be the vital link between our company and our customers, driving revenue through effective communication, order processing, and lead conversion. You'll manage customer relationships via phone and email, handle inbound inquiries, generate quotes, and follow up on leads to close deals on product sales.

Your Professional Contribution

• Craft compelling product listings with accurate details, eye-catching visuals, and competitive pricing.
• Strategically manage and distribute inventory lists, ensuring our customers are always in the know.
• Utilize in-house software and maintain precise inventory records and provide insightful availability reports.
• Respond to customer inquiries with speed and expertise, delivering detailed quotes and product information.
• Proactively follow up on leads, process sales orders efficiently, and resolve customer needs with a positive attitude.
• Generate dynamic sales reports and metrics for management, showcasing your impact.
• Maintain the integrity of our CRM data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Contribute to the exciting growth of our e-commerce and wholesale channels through strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative sales strategies and streamline processes.
• Explore and identify new sales channels and opportunities, bringing fresh ideas to the table.

Your Toolkit for Success

• A solid base with an Associate's or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field or a proven track record of 3-5 years in sales, including the exciting world of e-commerce.
• Advanced-level skills in Excel, QuickBooks, Access, or similar financial software – you're a data wizard!
• A knack for understanding computer-related specs and terms.
• Analytical prowess, with experience using tools like Google Analytics to turn data into insights.

• Superb organizational and multitasking abilities, keeping multiple projects on track with ease.
• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 15 pounds frequently.
• Comfortably standing and sitting for up to 4 hours.
• Agility for tasks involving bending, reaching, and stooping.
• Clear reading and communication skills.
• Ability to pass security clearance is required.

• Our standard business hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM CST, allowing for a consistent work-life balance.
